Refund & Cancellation Policy

Bizlume products are digital and are delivered instantly after payment. Because the content becomes available immediately, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds once access is given.

When you will get a full refund

• Money was deducted but the guide was not unlocked in your Library
• You were charged twice for the same product

Contact us with your order ID or payment details. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.

Cancellation

An order can be cancelled only before payment is completed. Failed or cancelled payments are not charged.
